One of the best-known production service providers in Europe, nobeo GmbH (the former NOB Studios GmbH) in Germany, was the first customer to install a mc²90 console – in their TV production studio control room 6. The first live programmes were produced in March 2007.
Nobeo’s mc²90 HD core offers 240 full DSP channels and a routing capacity of over 2000 inputs/outputs, providing fully redundant design of the complete signal path. Every stagebox is connected to the master matrix via Star² technology. The console surface is equipped with 16+24 faders and can be retrofitted with an additional 8-fader bay.
The Munich-based company Sono Studiotechnik GmbH were the main contractor for the complete renovation of the video and audio SCRs.
